Every year for Thanksgiving my family go on a road trip around Arizona with another family. We have been doing a road trip around the Southwest for 4 years in a row at Thanksgiving.

Last Labor Day week, Liz’s family took us on a backpacking trip in the High Sierra. It was without any doubt one of the best family weekend we’ve had in a long time.

Last summer, instead of going to France like we usually do, we rented a camper van and went on a 3 week road trip around the American north west.

On March 13, 2020 like most of the world we were asked to stay put. So we did.

Our first time kayaking with our Sea Eagle inflatable kayaks was on Lake Tahoe in the fall.
